Vince Young May Start
While Kerry Collins will see action at Green Bay, it's beginning to look like Vince Young will start for the Titans. Coach Jeff Fisher, who has said Young might start a preseason game, wouldn't commit to that on Wednesday even after the rookie's workload was increased.
