Just Being Kurt

Kurt Warner, who had five 300-yard games last season, had hopes to make his first season in Arizona's new stadium a successful one...Mission Accomplished! Equipped with new weapons on offense, not to mention a new set of wheels in Edgerrin James, Kurt Warner has the oft-maligned Cards looking like legitimate playoff hopefuls. With Leinart in the wings, the future of the Cardinals franchise looks really good. Kurt Warner, who played over a quarter of action in the Cardinal's first preseason game, christened the place with a touchdown in the Cardinals' first drive, followed by another in a 21-13 preseason victory over the Super Bowl champs on Saturday finishing 9/13 for 118yds and 2TDs. Look for the Cardinals to make the biggest change from 2005 this year...regardless if Warner stays for the long haul.
